This strategic collaboration will enable AerSale to offer a broad range of high-quality, reliable parts to the commercial aviation industry, extending the lifecycle of aircraft and enhancing operational efficiency for airlines worldwide.
Under the terms of the agreement, AerSale will receive surplus parts from the transportation company's fleet, including components from Airbus A300, Boeing 757, and MD-11 aircraft. These parts, all meticulously maintained to meet the stringent safety and performance standards of the fleet, will be added to AerSale's extensive inventory and made available to commercial airlines, MROs, and other aviation stakeholders.
